The founder
Jason Hart, founder of Hart Commercial Real Estate, is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University of San 
Luis Obispo School of Business with an emphasis on business finance and commercial real estate. Prior to the formation of Hart Commercial Real Estate, Jason was a principal in LHI Apartment Brokers, as well as LeMay & Hart Real Estate Investments.
Jason is a member of the California Apartment Association (CAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Real Estate CyberSpace Society (RECS), the Pismo Coast Asocation of Realtors (PCAOR), the National Assocaition of Realtors (NAR) and the Society of Industry Leaders.
Jason currently serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of South San Luis Obispo. He has also served on the board of directors of Arroyo Grande Rotary Club as well as the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors.
