JASON HART

Jason Hart is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo School of Business with an emphasis on business finance and commercial real estate. Prior to the formation of Hart Commercial Real Estate, Jason was a Senior Vice President with Colliers International and worked with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate.

Jason Hart began his commercial real estate career in 2002. During this time he has successfully sold over $285 million in retail, office, multifamily, investment and development properties.

 

Jason has been featured in the National Association of Realtor’s publication of Realtor Magazine Commercial Spotlight, as well as LoopNet’s Commercial Industry Newsletter for his expertise and success in using technology to market and sell commercial property.

 

Jason is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the California Apartment Association (CAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors (PCAOR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Society of Industry Leaders.

 

Jason has served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of South San Luis Obispo, as well as the board of directors of Arroyo Grande Rotary Club and the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. Jason enjoys coaching the Mesa Hawks 8th grade boys basketball team and traveling and enjoying the beautiful central coast with his wife Shelli, and their sons Gianni, Lucca, and Matteo.

transactions, always ensuring a personalized approach that truly caters to what his clients are looking for. When Carlos offers advice, it’s not just based on stories or theory—it’s grounded in real-world experience and practical knowledge from being in the trenches himself. All to say, Carlos understands it from an investor's perspective, which allows him to confidently advocate for his clients, whether they're looking to invest or sell.

Though not originally from the Central Coast, Carlos fell in love with the area while serving in the military at Vandenberg AFB. His time there led him to enjoy surfing at Pismo Beach, where he also met his wife, Kayla. Outside of work, Carlos loves spending time with his three boys: Castiel, Kirian, and Aurelius.
